At the end of June, after a day working in the yard, the Little Lady and I were playing in the driveway. I was lying on my back and she was very dramatically dive bombing me with kisses. I realized this would be an excellent Me and Mine post, so I quickly asked Shawn to shoot it for me. Unfortunately, they didn't really turn out how I had in mind... not so flattering photos of yours truly.
So I wanted to try again. I hadn't fixed my hair this day. I hadn't put on a drop of makeup. But I wanted a few of me with the Little Buddy. He's turning into such an amazing little man. I just held the camera out with my hands to shoot these - they aren't perfect by any means. But they are most absolutely Me and Mine.
And there we have the 15th post in my Project 26!! The year sure is flying. Remember that I'm doing this in a wonderful group of women photographers. Tour our circle. Krista Keller is up next.

ReplyDeleteLOVE these Carey! How did you get his eyes so sharp by just holding the camera out? I can hardly get that using the tripod for my shots! Love these everyday moments you captured with your little ones.
